Hi,

   Have came across subject unit - with the manual.  I wanted to check and
see if
if had possibilities of changing operating freqs, etc.  Have [and will not]
power 
unit up, as I can recall from USN days where the HFDF nets were at times put
into a frenzy locating 'automated SOS', beacons,etc., from equipment that
were
found to be in 'various' workshops being 'tinkered on'.  Do not want
Homeland
Security come storming up my driveway.  Unit is in very good condition and
has the tech manual for it.  I thought that with 200 mw output it would be
something
to see if I could go QRPppp.  Anyone familar with the unit?
