Eric, Robert, et. al.:

All those battery connectors had assigned nomenclature by RETMA or EIA, if you can just find where it was published.  I think it may have even appeared one time in the little RCA pocket diary which the distributors used to give away.  Also, whoever punched holes in the phenolic disks and formed the tubular pins into them undoubtedly published a giude, but I can't remember who made that stuff any more.
