[Milsurplus] MAW-1 reported to Nuclear Regulatory Commission!

The good citizens of Waaaco probably never even knew anything had happened.  
Texas is an Agreement State, and has the misfortune to have its radioisotope 
program run by MD's rather than by competent engineers.  Consequently, anything 
that comes out of Austin on the subject is technically suspect.  I learned 
30+ years ago that any Agreement State whose program was run by a Department of 
Health was a problem waiting to happen.
