Jack,

Don't try do a thing about that!  It is very very well within specifications
for frequency accuracy.  In fact, if that is all the error you've found from
30 to 76 MHz, then I'd say it has outstanding frequency accuracy as is.

The frequency accuracy specification for the RT-841/PRC-77 is +/- 3.5 kHz
anywhere in the tuning range.  I don't have a maintenance manual for the
earlier RT-505/PRC-25, but it should have similar specs.
