It has also been my experience that email to him seems to go unchecked.  I've only had one email response out of the several times that I've tried that method.  He's got great prices and customer service on the stuff he's got, but communicating with him can be a little difficult.  I use old fashioned mail or phone whenever I need to contact him...I don't even try email anymore.
