[Milsurplus] TCS data plates

Pat, I'm located in Northern CA. 

Robert has been kind enough to help me with some of the equipment for the TCS 
over the last few years.

Dave and Ray, most of the TCS equipment I have has small metal data plates 
screwed on, some even have an additional plate on the top of the outer black 
cabinet.

I inventoried the parts after first posting and found quite a variety of 
manufacturers. The first two transmitters and receivers appear complete, but I 
have not as yet restored any piece, nor tested anything.
