[Milsurplus] TCS data plates

Perhaps this is only my lack of experience , myself only have owned
three or four and having seen a couple dozen but the Collins TCS have
painted on labels for the controls or at least the ones I have and all
the others have raised metal lettering on the panel, maybe the early
ones had raised lettering ( making them easy to paint) but the TCS-12 by
Collins is just painted on. who would have thought! brand X being better
then the big C.
