I can help a little with IPC.  I have a binder from the late 60s, early 70s labeled Amphenol/ipc FXR.  The ipc is in lower case.  As I remember it, ipc was a small RF specialty manufacturer who was bought by Amphenol just before they bought FXR.  Some of the ipc products are still identified separately in this catalog, which unfortunately only covers connectors and not relays.
