[Milsurplus] USB Mech filter 1.75Mhz

Anyone know a supplier of a 1.75MHz USB filter. 

I have a GR345 hf set that derives its USB output from a 1.75Mhz LSB generator, so, if I can change the LSB generator filter to USB the o/p of the set will be LSB. 

I could simply change the carrier xtal, put it on the other side of the existing filter but this would affect the frequency readout and the set also runs AM through another 1.75Mh AM filter so this would be affected as well. 

Any thoughts?
