[Milsurplus] Crystal information

Hi

The crystal holders are all based on US military specifications. The
relevant military document was MIL-C-3098. It has morphed into
MIL-PRF-3098. There are more than a hundred slash sheets associated
with the specification. Each slash sheet describes a specific crystal
and it's holder. Some of the slash sheets for the early crystals have
been out of print for a while ....

The original crystal holders pre-date the current military
specification system. Most of them stayed around long enough to be
included in the newer documentation setup.

Hope that helps.
