I don't discount that at all and that's one role i neglected to mention. However,
the LF/ MF equipment covers not only the 500 kcs frequency but up to the
top of the BC band, 1.5 Mcs., where the "usual communications band" begins.
You even have a GF with a 1200 kcs ( or so ) coil, don't you? -Hue
