Here's another question for the Army article writer, or the person's website
that talks about NVIS, or for you the reader, if you're a propenent of the
NVIS-on-German vehicles school of thought:  what about the frame antennas
that have "extra elements", like a longitudinal runner bar down the middle,
and a bar perpendicular to the length, or the one that looks like a spring
mattress, or a cage for from the zoo?  How do you get an inductive loop
out of that? -Hue
