Two of them, to be exact.

I was told by an old Navy radio op that he, at least, preferred the 
RAK/RAL to the later RBA/RBB/RBC because the earlier rig was 
practically impervious to the effects of nearby transmitters, while the 
later model rigs weren't so fortunate.

I was also told by aNOTHER Navy radio op that RAK/RAL were still in 
use on some Naval vessels as late as 1961, but he didn't give details.

I know I used my RAL-7 up until about 1978, and now am using another 
one.  Lessee..2006 -1936 = 70. Not bad. Older than I am. But not 
much...
