[Milsurplus] Bad News for PayPal Haters: BidPay Goes ByeBye.

Probably the cost to the payer of feeding Western
Union coffers made the service undesirable and
little used.  I used it  ONCE  because the seller
would accept  ONLY  BidPay.  I'll stick with PayPal.
