Pete:

There is one difference which raises my concern, pin 9.  I don't know what the TV-7 does with it exactly, but it is a filament center tap in the 12AX7 or whatever you compared, while it is the internal shield in those cascode tubes.  Connecting that shield to the filament connections may not be in the best interest of the tube.
