Brian;

	If you wanted to put the RX on a the 2 meter band, say at 144.144 (local AM
freq here) the formulae looks like:

	 (144.144 - 6.9)  /  24 = 5.7185

	6.9 Mc is the IF. Also, there are certain channels for certain freq

	        Channel A = 100-124 MHz
                Channel B = 122-146 MHz
                Channel C = 122-146 MHz
                Channel D = 132-156 MHz

	I have mine set up on channel 4 and it works quite well. I did go through and
rebuild the bathtub caps.

					good luck and 73

Also, what are the IF frequencies and formula for crystal freq? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
