[Milsurplus] ARC-4

I have been contacted by a lady in the Ft. Wayne requesting someone in 
the area contact her to take a look at an ARC-4 she has for sale.  It is 
supposedly right out of the box, nice and clean and sparkly.  If there 
is someone there who can go and take a look at it and advise her or it's 
worth she would be most pleased.  It is also listed on the sale place.
