Ken,

BC-191 is 14 volt.  B-24's were 28 volt, hence BC-375-E would be most likely.

This publication was only classified as RESTRICTED (roughly equivalent to 
present day CONFIDENTIAL) and hence has nothing on radar, ECM or IFF systems.
