[Milsurplus] Inverter on AC Rectifier Supply

Running my TBW transmitter on the 800-1 800 cycle inverter I got a 
report of hum on the carrier.  Hum (120 cycle) isn't easy with an 800 
cycle power supply.  The 28 volt DC supply has 4.5% ripple at full load, 
so is it possible that 120 cycle ripple would pass through the rotary 
inverter and modulate the 800 cycle output?  I have more tests to do, so 
this is merely conjecture now.
