[Milsurplus] BC-230 on for AWA OT tx 'test

[Unserviceable but Repairable]

Just worked W2CQH's.  T9X sig. 

Was a free rig, a throw-away he brought back.  Must win prize for simplest
implementation.  2 VT25s, no VT52 golden-ear modulators.

Filaments powered by 12V gel cell.  RX tranny has 5 & 6V wdg.s seriesed
& half-wave rectified as charger.  HV is bridge rectified & key-up B+
is across bleeder.  Key down a rly pulls in opening bleeder ckt.  & uses TX as 
bleeder (load).  Mechanical regulation.

Clacks nicely in shack.  Sounds FB OTA

No power connector.  Delivered juice via leads to brass tubing stubs pushed
over rig connector's outie banannas.

Told Reed "no-fair running set w/o mittens, fan blowing cold outside 
air, & recorded motor sound on hi-fi."
