[Milsurplus] AN/GRR-5 Questions

I am expecting delivery of two AN/GRR-5 Receivers shortly - winter project. 
I have a copy of TM 11-295 dated August 1952.
I would like to know where to get, if they are even available, the following 
items -
Two input power connectors for connection to AC power source.
Two input power connectors for connection to vehicle DC power.
Two input power connectors for connection to dry cell batteries.
Two locking key assemblies for setting preset stops.
Two bristol wrenches for removing knobs.
Two Double hex wrenches for locknuts on adjustments.
Two screwdrivers.
Two tube pullers.
Anything unusual I should be aware of, other than the usual leaky 
electrolytic capacitors?
