I do not think so, as the stuff was leaking out as surplus in the 1950s.
 
I would actually like to find out what the system really was called. Was
it really just termed the YE-ZB system?

Side note - the Army liked the rotating Morse idea, and came up with a
very similar system for getting tanks back home using their
BC-603s. It is one of those RC-mumblefoos that never gets seen.
