[Milsurplus] Radio in USMC Gun Motor Carriage 75mm M3

What i'd like to know is what specific vehicle or craft used the MO / MAK
set. Seems like it would have been maybe a better choice for non-commo,
non-liaison combat vehicles than the TCS ( and FM gear would have been
a better choice than either - when it became available. )

BTW, has anyone seen a real live BC-499/ 500 FM set by Link Radio?
