[Milsurplus] BC-610i Restoration...

I'm looking for several key parts for the restoration of a BC-610 I 
Model.  The main things I am missing are:

Modulation Transformer (naturally)
CH4 - 2.5mh RF Choke (10 ohms) current rating unknown
C11  - 2000pf (.002 mf) @ 6KV molded mica capacitor
All Tuning Units
All Tuning Coils

Any help locating these components will be greatly appreciated.  This 
thing is in bad shape, but I know it can live again with lots of work 
and attention to detail.
