I am pretty sure I have a manual tucked away - being newer stuff (post
1950), it probably got stuffed in with all of the other like manuals into
big boxes.

Did not Fair Radio sell /WLR-6 things many years back? I remember seeing
items in someone's surplus catalogs from the 1980s.
