I know racks are VERY hard to find, but the connectors may not be so bad. Try
Wm. Perry or Apex in Sun Valley (if they still exist). Many of the connectors
are standard, but rare.

Also, you might consider getting loose pins and inserting them then cast some
RTV over the assembly. Not pretty, but functional  AND reversible.
