I can view the files using either Preview or Acrobat Reader 7.0.3 in  
Mac OS X 10.4.2. In the past I've had problems with both of these  
programs not properly displaying some PDFs, but switching to the  
other one usually took care of the problem.

My thanks to Barry for making these files available, and they look  
great.
