[Milsurplus] bc-224-h info to the person that collects it

hi all,
         i recently got a BC-224-H in complete working order

        RCA   contract - : 824-WF-42 SERIAL 1127
                 has dial vernier surrounding the tuning knob scale 0-100
looks to be factory fitted[i could be wrong in this though],does anybody 
know of other BC-224-H's fitted with this at all?
