Get a Yellow Pages from the nearest "city" and look under boxes and cartons. There should be someone who offers to make any size carton you need. Best bet is to then go by there and get a stock of flat double and triple wall corrugated cardboard, so you can fabricate what you need to the size you need. Sit down with a piece of paper and a ruler and calculate the size of flat cardboard needed for the various general sizes you plan to ship, to get an idea of the sizes (they will seem to be very big) you need. Or simply have the company make them if you have a set requirement. But a stock of flat cardboard is a real asset if you ship very much stuff.
