[Milsurplus] ARC-28

My database says AN/ARC-28 is two AN/ARC-1 (or 1A) connected as a relay or 
repeater.  If that's wrong, someone please send me the correction.  If it's 
correct, I have both AN/ARC-1 and AN/ARC-1A manuals, but no paper on AN/ARC-28 
specifically.
