My only issue with GL has been the
two times they sent me "change of
demil status" notices along with End Use
Statements for gear I never bought.
Contacting them took forever - it seems
everyone's phone went directly to voice
mail.
The problem in the two instances? They
somehow associated someone else's customer
number with my address. They had no explainatin
as to how it happened.
Wonder how often that happens?
