The MN-26 manual referenced earlier indicated the maximum compass frequency is 1500
kcps in any variant.

BTW, the loop to MN-26 cable is special and composed of loose wires in flex
conduit. The capacitance is likely well below 30 pf/ft. The loop cable length is 72
to 168 inches.
