[Milsurplus] Premax antenna question correction

Hello All,

Sorry, the name is Premax not Remax.

I have a Premax Products 32 ft. telescopic stainless steel whip 
antenna.  From what I can tell, it looks like it was used with a Sunair 
GSB-900 system.  Two of the locking collars are jammed.  It is all 
stainless steel and the collars are not rusted.
Does anyone have any advice on getting the collars unstuck without 
destroying the antenna?
