I'm looking to establish a likely range of values of a 30W.S.a transmitter
for a possible sale that should be fair to buyer and seller. It's a WW2
German 30 watt transmitter that covers 1.1 to 3.01 mHz, am and mcw. This
one has all tubes and front cover, good condition, no corrosion. It's
described on page 7 of the US tech manual TM 11-227, which is a WW2
directory of German communication equipment available from Fair Radio, and
on page 31 of Charles Barger's book, Radio Equipment of the Third Reich
(1991 and out of print). It's just the radio, no P/S, key, mike, phones,
etc.

Your opinions, and especially fact-based opinions such as those drawn from
recent sales you know of, would be appreciated, since items like this don't
surface often enough to set a reliable market price.

On or off-list replies are good.

I'm not the seller or the buyer.

Thank you.
