[Milsurplus] TBLs gone to field

Several years ago I came across six or ten SRT-14's at a state surplus
place that had been outside for a good 20 years. I think they eventually
went to a landfill somewhere. Luckily there was one good one that had
been stored inside, a friend was able to pick it up for the hauling. Darned
thing was like new. So were the others before they were sat outside.
