[Milsurplus] TCS-12 screen supply voltage?

Pin 3 of the TCS-12 connector goes through a resistor divider to several
of the front end screens. It also goes via a resistor to grids 2,4 of
the 12SA7.

I'm guessing that something like +100V stabilized would be fed to this
pin. Is that about right?
