Receivers are Brooooaaaaaaadddd! I tune in our local 2 meter AM net on 144.45 and it's almost drowned out by a packet racket link down on 144.390. WHen listening to various airline comm channels in the airea, i can hear 3 different freq's being talked on at one time. Checking against an HP signal gen i can tell they aren't 25 kc apart. So they are quite broad. WOuld like to be able to narrow down the bandwidth of them so they would be useable. I like playing with the ones i have and they are quite sensitive for their age. I use an external B+ and 12V source (one of my receivers is 12V) so i don't put up with dynamotor hash of any kind.
