Hi Tom,

Sounds like the R-1449/WLR6(V). I've got S/N19
Theres a little (very little) info on my website

If your set matches my pictures, check for +12 and -12 from the power 
supply.
One of my two was working fairly well with +8 and -6 from the supply 
instead.
Power supplies in this set don't seem to be reliable.
