[Milsurplus] Low Pass Filter?

Specs needed for B + W model 426 filter, is it a "low pass filter"?  Application is filtering the output of ARC-5 Tx. (T-19)  Arc-5 is much modified, output is 100w plus without filter, but less than 10w with filter in line. (To dummy load - briefly, very very briefly.)  Frequency counter indicates freq dead on, have not looked at output (or anything else) on 'scope yet.
