I need a manual for the Interstate Electronics Corp (of California) model 420 VLF Timing Receiver and Correlator. IEC was bought by L-3 Systems, then Racal-Dana. The factory "inadvertently" (so they say) destroyed all the manuals a number of years ago. Any help appreciated. Ken W7EKB
