Are you dealing with Richard at Leeds? I had some unpleasant emails from him 1 - 2 years ago. There is another, younger, guy working there who is quite nice to deal with. He found a 6025B shield for my R-390. Leeds has been listed as "not a registered user" on ebay for the past 2 - 3 months.
