J&E Supply and Fastener Co, in OKC, has had a lot of off-the-wall 
stuff when I needed it bad and couldn't find it anywhere else. 
1-800-677-7922. 

They have something like a $10.00 minimum, even if you walk in, so 
you might as well plan to get other interesting stuff. They may have
a web site now, but didn't a couple of years back. 

If you come up dry there, it may be time to buy a machinist friend 
some good beer or a bottle of something stronger.
