[Milsurplus] RE: SURPLUS STORES

Hi all,

           Down here in Australia we only had a few surplus stores, one was
called Walthan Dan, in Oxford street Sydney, he had the army 'green radios'
& also lots of old reel to reel tape machine, & lots of tubes. The other
place was Fred Cavion's, south of Sydney, he had lots of surplus Navy gear,
I remember seeing stacks of APN-9's, & WW2 radar gear . I used to go there &
bring back a car full of surplus gear. Never did find a circuit for the
APN-9 though!
