[Milsurplus] Surplus stores, then and now

Is this the same company http://www.columbiaelectronics.com/index.htm ?
Has anybody dealt with them lately? I heard they have some nice stuff but
EXTREMELY expensive, so much so that only foreign governments or defense
contractors can afford them.
