[Milsurplus] re surplus stores then and now

Back in the early 60s there was a surplus store in down town Dallas, Tx. 
 I cant remember the name but I think it was Green xx something or other 
xxx. You could buy surplus parts and chassis and complete items by the 
pound.  As I recall there were stacks for differing prices of $x per 
pound.  The better stuff was of course more $ per pound.
