Hello, boys and girls, i hope everyone is enjoying a relaxing weekend.
I am just resting up, enjoying no schedules or worklists. And one of the
most relaxing activities i can think of, sorting out my longtime stored
input boxes.

Now, in NAVSHIPS 0967-000-0000 ( FORMERLY NAVSHIPS 900,000 )
ELECTRONICS INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE BOOK
[ exact title as printed ] is a paragraph article on adding a fuse to the
EP-298 AC/PS for the BC-348.
So, this verifies that the EP-298 was mil issue. But why and where did the
Navy use the BC-348 ? I note the article includes a redrawn modernized
schematic showing the receiver using VT-117 etc. comprising the EP-298
and showing where the EP-298 is wired to the receiver power switch. This
schematic actually looks like a receiver schematic out of a textbook and
not the kinda Babylonian schematic in the BC-348 manuals.
