[Milsurplus] Clip Leads

Hi

Well a couple of places I used to work a *long* time ago the other nine 
would up as somebody's roach clip. You knew what the rest of the shop 
was into back in the 60's and 70's when a set of clip leads never 
lasted past the end of the week .....
