[Milsurplus] Another whatzit?

Hi

Well one thing I can say for sure it must be a very dangerous item. I 
get the infamous "not available in your country" message when I try to 
browse it with my browser. Needless to say it's not the only item this 
happens on. Those of us who live in New England need to be protected 
from purchasing a lot of things .....

Somehow the default setup on the Safari browser on a Mac looks like a 
terrorist conspiracy to e-whossis.
