   Thanks - I should have done that. I *always* offer something 
list-specific, to that List first, before I put it on any other forum. 
This is another issue on the 5 or 6 lists I belong to... it has pissed 
many of us off on several occasions to get a post that says, 'Hey, folks, 
I just put [very_desireable_item] on eBay so go and compete for it.'  Im 
a collector of several kinds of legacy technology, so I'm quite familiar 
with these issues.

   To clarify - the PA system is not mine, and I'm not affiliated in any 
way with the seller, though I *do* plan to snag a bunch of those neat old 
books... ;}

  And if the occasional posting of an eBay auction as a 'heads-up' is a 
no-no, I'll surely refrain.  But, it does have it's value, as in this case 
- I know the PA system is mis-classified, and I thought I'd see if I 
could direct some attention toward it from folks who'd appreciate such 
'lonely' items.
