John,

Are you using "ARC-5" generically to mean all models? If so, then the
approximate order of increasing production quantities is RAV, RAT, ATA/ARA, AN/ARC-5
and SCR-274-N. Except that T-15, -16 and -17/ARC-5, a few AN/ARC-5 control
and junction boxes, some of the early VHF stuff and the AN/ARC-5X components
would belong at or near the left end of the list. I've had a few of the
DY-1/ARR-2X dynamotors, for example, but I've never seen an R-148/ARC-5X (14 volt
R-23).
